Architectural practice / house study

Modern spaces, drawn as they are built.

Collective Collaborative Designers shapes calm interiors and grounded facades with a quiet construction language: measured lines, honest materials, and a house form in the middle of becoming.

6 phases of architectural execution

The process of becoming.

A sequence of studies, tests, drawings, and on-site decisions that slowly turns an idea into a lived structure.

01
PHASE-01Scale 1:100
Architectural model study on a drafting table

Site & Topography

We begin by anchoring the project to its earth. Topography, light, and surrounding thresholds are read before any form is allowed to settle.

Medium: Balsa & Basswood

02
PHASE-02Scale NTS
Minimal observation house with strong geometric massing

Schematic Massing

The first massing studies reduce the house to its essential volumes. Solid and void are tested until the silhouette feels inevitable.

Medium: Vellum & Graphite

03
PHASE-03Scale 1:10
Textured material study surface with soft light

Material Exploration

Architecture becomes tactile when the palette is tested in light. Stone, plaster, timber, and concrete are studied for texture and shadow.

Medium: Plaster & Concrete

04
PHASE-04Scale 1:1
Architectural pavilion framed by a refined structural rhythm

Structural Prototyping

The joints carry the language of the building. Structural nodes are resolved so the frame reads as both technical and calm.

Medium: Oxidized Steel

05
PHASE-05Scale 1:50
Elevation drawing of an architectural facade

Technical Documentation

Concept becomes construction through precise drawings. Plans, sections, and details are set out with millimeter clarity.

Medium: Digital CAD & BIM

06
PHASE-06Scale 1:1
Completed architectural house emerging from its site

Execution & Realization

The final phase is the physical manifestation of the void. On site, the house is completed with the same restraint that shaped it.

Medium: Concrete, Glass & Steel
